Brian and I have been house hunting for over a month now. After looking at hundreds of houses online, visiting our top picks, deciding on one and thoroughly investigating it to ease my mind, making an offer on the house and getting beat out, being devastated, hesitantly looking at more houses online, and visiting more of our top picks, we have finally decided to buy none of them. Instead.... we're going to build!! We signed the contract earlier this week and boy are we excited. In just 6 months, this little beauty will be ours.

Wow! congratulations. and if you can survive the construction stage, having a new home that only you have lived in is sooooo fun! So happy for you.
Oh nice! A heavenly master bathroom! I dream of those things but CT houses didn't catch on to that concept until recently. The floor plan is a great one. Congrats!
