Happy Halloween!

There's a pumpkin patch in Perkins, a city about 15 minutes from Stillwater, that Brian and I wanted to go to. We drove out there, but unfortunately it was too muddy to go to the patch. They had a bunch of pumpkins in their front yard though, so we got one. Since it was almost Halloween and our pumpkin would probably get smashed if we put it outside anyway, we didn't carve a face or anything. I just cooked it, blended it, and am going to make lots of goodies with it!

Last night, Brian's brother and sister-in-law had us over for a Halloween dinner. She had cute decorations up everywhere and then made our dinner consist of fingers (fried jallepenos), goo (spaghetti chicken stuff), intestines (spaghetti squash), and eye balls (cherries). In our drinks, she also dyed the ice cubes purple and put in a gummy brain. It was a lot of fun!
