I have fond memories of reciting nursery rhymes as a child and remember quite a few today. I recently came across a new one in Chyler's book that I hadn't heard of before. Am I the only one who finds this one a bit odd though?
Goosey Goosey Gander
Wither shall I wonder?
Upstairs and downstairs
And in my lady's chamber.
There I met an old man
Who wouldn't say his prayers.
So I took him by the left leg
And threw him down the stairs.
I guess the moral of the nursery rhyme is good though:
Say your prayers!
